Return and exchange

Return or exchange orders:
The customer can exchange or return within a maximum period of 15 days in the following cases: receiving damaged or defective goods, receiving a shipment by mistake, or a manufacturing defect.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible. Be sure to include your name, mobile number, order number, whether you want a return or exchange, a list of the products you want to cancel, the new items you would like to receive, and attach a note with a detailed description and explanation of the reason for the return or refund request.

Ensure that the goods remain in their original condition and are not tampered with, opened or missing any of their contents, otherwise they will not be accepted. Also, a return or exchange request must be made within 15 days of receiving the products.
We do not accept returns on perishable products. It would be a huge responsibility to send back a product that may have been damaged due to poor storage (we do everything we can to keep our loyal customers healthy and always make sure they are protected).

If the item you requested as an exchange is no longer in stock, you will be contacted to select a new item, or accept a refund.

You will be responsible for all shipping costs for your returned product. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive the value of the returned product, the shipping costs of the product will be deducted from the value of the returned product (in the event that the shipment delivered to the customer does not match the customer's request, he will not bear any fees, whether shipping costs or any other costs for the return).

The delivery time for the replacement product may vary depending on your location.
